Also known as KanColle: Someday in the Calm Seas. This manga, more action-oriented and serious than the 4-koma, features Tenryuu as the main character, but other ships such as Hyuuga are very prominent.
The English title is printed on the cover, so it's used as-is, but it should probably say "peaceful seas" or "a peaceful sea" unless the girls are hoping the seas will be physically stable so their torpedoes won't miss because of rough waves. Given the context, I think Japan is trying to tell us that the fleet girls who blow everything up are actually peace-loving, and we should totally trust them.

really hope you guys continue to scanlate this, Kisu scans 'translated' chapter 2 but the translation was horrifyingly bad and far below even passable quality.
